- Ugandan Citizenship: Candidates must be Ugandan citizens with a valid National ID (NIN)
- Clean Criminal Record: Applicants should have no criminal record to be eligible for the screening process
- Readiness for Training: Candidates must be prepared to undertake the mandatory twelve (12) months of police screening and training programs
